Inn Policies

Smoking is not permitted in the inn.  We offer designated smoking areas outside. 

We regret that we are unable to host infants or children.  Young adults over the age of 12 are welcome.

The Sonoma County Health Department prohibits the use of our inn kitchen by anyone other than inn staff.  We do provide a guest refrigerator for your use.

A 50% deposit is required on two or more night stays.  A 100% deposit is required for all one night stays regardless of number of rooms reserved.  For special events and reservations of all of our guest rooms, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  

Cancellation Policy:
We do our best to honor any special requests, but due to the limited number of rooms and situations beyond our control, this occasionally is not possible.  Also due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly, so we must strictly adhere to our policies.

We have a two-week cancellation policy. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation, we cannot refund your payment, but will issue a "makegood" so that you can reschedule your stay with us any time within 365 days.

A 14 day cancellation notice is required to receive a deposit refund for most reservations.  Holiday and event weekends have a 21 day cancellation period for single room reservations.  Deposits are refunded minus a $20 cancellation fee for each room and for each night reserved providing we receive your cancellation notice outside the cancellation period.

Group bookings have up to a 60 day cancellation period depending upon the number of rooms reserved.  Please contact us for details.  Deposits are refunded minus a $20 cancellation fee for each room and room night reserved providing we receive your cancellation notice outside the cancellation period.
